We are located in downtown Des Plaines at the corner of Lee and Prairie. Our neighboring suburban communities include: Mt. Prospect, Park Ridge, Niles & Rosemont. We are located 1 block south of the Des Plaines Metra train station.

Tuesday 8:30am - 4:00pm
Wednesday 8:30am - 7:00pm
Thursday 8:30am - 4:00pm (First Thursdays of the Month)
Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm (First Fridaysof the Month)
Saturday 8:00am - 2:00pm (First Saturdays of the Month)

Dental Appointments and Cancellations 
Please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient who desires to see the doctor. If you do not notify our office at lease 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge you for a missed appointment fee of $50.00.

Financial Arrangements for Dental Services 
We welcome an open discussion of services and fees prior to your treatment in order to avoid any kind of misunderstanding. Once your insurance eligibility is determined, as a courtesy to you, we will file for payment of your benefits. We ask that your estimated co-payment and deductible be paid at the time of your visit. We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards.

Dental Insurance Accepted 
Once your insurance eligibility has been verified, as a courtesy to you, we will file for payment of your benefits. We do ask that your estimated co-payment and deductible be paid at the time of your visit. Your dental insurance has limitations that we, as your provider, cannot control. Ultimately, your bill is your responsibility.
